The Hudson Aggregates Processing system is a state-of-the-art facility designed to clean and classify sand, gravel, rocks, and other aggregate materials by removing impurities, contaminants, and unwanted debris. Our primary goal is to produce clean, high-quality aggregates and sand, providing low carbon, cost-effective solutions for construction, landscaping, and infrastructure projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.

Stone

Washed and graded stone products

3/4" Washed Stone

Clean uniform stone roughly 3/4" in size

Commonly referred to as CA7, B-Stone, #6 stone.

Used in Concrete, Road base, and Drainage systems

3/8" Washed Stone

Natural stone no larger than 3/8" in size.

Typically used in drainage, landscaping, and pipe bedding.

Sand

Washed and classified sands

Fine Masonry Sand

Fine sand, less than 0.6 mm

Meets ASTM C144 standard for mason sand

Used in Masonry work, Leveling surfaces, Grout mix, Mortar mix, and Landscaping

C33 Concrete Sand

Free of Organic Impurities

Meets ASTM C33 specifications for use in concrete production.

Natural, rounded sand for great concrete workability

Clay

Ultrafine clay

Fine Grade Sedimentary Clay
